Exploratory bibliographic and field research was used, where the data were based on qualitative and quantitative questions. In this way, a study was carried out with young technicians recently graduated from high school integrated with Technical Courses in Business Administration, Informatics for Internet and Marketing (years 2016, 2017 and 2018) of the Technical School Padre Carlos Leôncio da Silva. (ETEC Lorena SP). Results were obtained that pointed out the lack of young people in their knowledge to prepare a curriculum and in their behavior through the demands of the job market, together with the lack of experience and professional qualification.
