Optimization of projectible parameters of global uninterrupted satellite communication system
Optimization of projectible parameters of global satellite-based mobile voice/data telephone service is considered. Such a global system must guarantee uninterrupted communication all over the world. Optimization criterion is total expenses of satellite segment deployment and its operation and maintenance. Basic input data is: performances of ground network segment and spatial density of users. The software for complex optimization is presented for following parameters: orbital structure , total satellite mass , performances of aboard transponder , power consumption and performances of correction engine. Additionally the launch vehicle options and possibility of cluster launch are taken into consideration.
