These methods have many disadvantages such as high investment costs, affecting users' normal communication, and high requirements for probe placement and synchronization acquisition. This paper obtains the user's location in real time and tracks the user's moving route by collecting the signaling information of users in business and idle states, and counts the number of users gathered in important areas through the number of periodic measurement reports reported by the user.
