The performance of the controller is verified through HIL (Hardware in the Loop) simulations in a real culture. 摘要
通过对毕赤酵母生长环境温度的控制,对毕赤酵母生长阶段的溶解氧进行了建模和控制。根据实验数据得到了不同工况下的4个非最小相位模型,并设计了一个PI型控制器,该控制器能够稳定所有模型。通过硬件在环(Hardware in The Loop, HIL)仿真验证了控制器的性能。所得结果对培养物生长阶段溶解氧的调控是满意的。
