The storage space is effectively saved and the probability of data loss is reduced by using the ring buffer, because the buffer can be used in cycles and new received data can be stored behind the unprocessed data. Simultaneously, each frame in the designed communication protocol can contain the data between MRCU and VSC as completely as possible without making mistakes in communication process. This paper firstly introduces the hardware connection scheme between MRCU and VSC of maglev train, then, on this basis, designs the communication protocol, and explains how to use ring buffer to decode frame. 摘要

磁浮列车系统复杂,涉及运动控制、磁浮控制、无线通信、故障检测等诸多方面,保持系统各部分之间信息交换的稳定就显得尤为重要。鉴于此,本文提出了一种基于环形缓冲区的磁浮列车移动与无线控制单元(MRCU)与车载安全计算机(VSC)之间的通信协议。环形缓冲区可以循环使用,新接收到的数据可以存储在未处理的数据后面,因此有效地节省了存储空间,降低了数据丢失的概率。同时,设计的通信协议中的每一帧尽可能完整地包含MRCU和VSC之间的数据,而不会在通信过程中出现错误。本文首先介绍了磁悬浮列车MRCU与VSC的硬件连接方案,然后在此基础上设计了通信协议,并说明了如何利用环形缓冲器对帧进行解码。最后,通过现场调试和测试,验证了该通信协议的可行性。
