Research on “3+3” Assessment Mechanism of Party Building Work in State-owned Enterprises

This article will complete the review and summary of the regulations, systems, norms and historical evolution of the evaluation of CPC building work in state-owned enterprises. We built “3+3” CPC building work evaluation mechanism for state-owned enterprises, which focusing on the unclear orientation of the evaluation, the unclear evaluation targets, the incomplete evaluation indicators, the lack of overall planning of the evaluation work, the single evaluation method, and the results of the evaluation. This evaluation mechanism further consolidate the foundation of CPC building work in state-owned enterprises, form a theoretical foundation, promote the standardization and standardization of grassroots CPC organizations, promote the implementation of the responsibility system for CPC building work, promote the fulfillment of the responsibility of strict CPC management, and increase the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of CPC and leading cadres to implement the responsibility system for CPC building work
