摘要

本文构建了渔船碰撞风险评估模型,设计了求解方法和计算过程。该系统完成了渔船自动识别系统(AIS)信息的读取、验证、转换、解码和存储。根据渔船的固有特点,采用改进的模糊数学模型计算渔船碰撞风险。系统仿真结果表明,该模型和评估系统可靠,预测结果可信,能够通过给定信号提示渔民船舶发生碰撞风险的可能性。
