人力资源的最佳利用有助于实现IT部门和整个公司的目标。IT部门的组织结构应基于IT服务生命周期进行设计。IT人员应该在其生命周期的所有阶段支持IT服务。本文在采用和实现IT Infrastructure Library中描述的原则的基础上,重点研究描述IT部门组织结构转换的方法。
