摘要

在此基础上提出了一种新的视频编码方案。(1)重叠运动补偿采用半像素精度。(2)区域小波分解仅应用于预测误差图像中的显著区域(位移帧差,DFD)。(3)用零树表示显著区小波系数。(4)采用基于人眼视觉系统(HVS)的量化模型进行帧内编码。仿真结果表明,与传统的小波编码器相比,该方法获得了一定的编码增益。
