With each passing day world web applications is becoming trendy. They can be upgraded frequently with the same speed. But the main challenge is to use it for the web application. When we add new features for particular software or any web application there is a need to ensure the software quality and reliability, for that we must perform the suitable testing. There is a need to maintain the quality, reliability and accuracy for speedy and specific searches. Regression testing is also required to check the new discrepancy for the web application. In this paper we are implementing a web crawler to show the prioritization and selection techniques of regression testing. The approach is for its two types: online and an offline crawler. The main purpose is to identify new changes in the new variation of crawler and it should be in an organized manner.
