Extraction efficiency enhancement of an OLED using surface plasmon resonance
In this paper, organic light-emitting devices with non-planar and periodic structures, fabricated by e-beam lithography, were demonstrated which exhibits improved extraction efficiency by coupling out the plasmonic mode. Their optical characteristics were presented and analyzed.
