摘要

对于工业CT,现有的基于工业CT序列成像的三维测量方法在精度、速度和自动化程度上都有待提高。在此背景下,本文在现有成像测量理论的基础上,以工业CT序列成像为实验对象,提出了两种基于工业CT序列成像的体积测量方法。应用该方法对三种典型形状的标准钢工件和带内腔的实际工件进行等间距分层CT扫描,并对得到的序列断层成像进行测量、分析和验证。实验结果表明,本文提出的两种测量方法与现有体积测量算法相比,测量精度提高了2 ~ 3个数量级,测量精度优于1%,能够满足工程应用的高精度要求。
