摘要

在分析摩擦提升机衬套与钢丝绳相对运动的基础上,介绍了摩擦热的形成原理,并利用ANSYS软件对衬套温度分布进行了模拟。最后,在衬里摩擦试验机的试验台上对一些新型衬里试样进行了试验,讨论了摩擦热对衬里表面和内部温度的影响。研究结果为进一步研究衬里温度控制提供了理论依据。
