A simulation program using ANN has been designed for hybrid photovoltaic thermal facade to predict various thermal and electrical performance parameters. The multilayer ANN model has been developed using back propagation algorithm. Testing and training the ANN model have been performed using data of five cities of India having different climatic conditions. The results are compared with the analytical values and are in fair agreement with ANN values.
