Layered black-box, behavioral interconnection perspective and applications to problems in communications, Part II: stationary sources satisfying $\psi$-mixing criterion

Theorems from Part 1 of this paper are generalized to stationary, ψ -mixing sources in this paper. As a consequence, these theorems are proved for Markoﬀ chains and order m Markoﬀ chains. The main result is the generalization of Theorem 1 in Part 1.
