The controller is a simplification of the conventional fuzzy PI controller that results in a one-dimensional rule table and piecewise linear control surface. The employment of a look-up table to construct the control surface provides faster computation time without compromising the performance. For verification purposes, a single-phase inverter prototype is constructed and the proposed control algorithm is implemented using dSPACE DS1104.
