The frequency measurement is taken from 10 students including 5 male and 5 female. The data were analyzed using a T-test to find differences in frequency of mean before and after exercise. The results demonstrate that there were statistically significant differences at the certain measured point. Based on the result presented, it can conclude that there were statistically significant differences between mean before and after exercise. 摘要
