This adaptive load shedding algorithm is based on an analysis in an every time interval /spl Delta/t after disturbance of the rate of change of frequency. 摘要

本文提出了一种多准则自适应减载算法的概念,该算法适用于与动态增长的能量短缺相关的孤岛工况。多准则自适应减载算法的主要目的是确定干扰后分离分系统电网内部电力估计的实际不平衡情况,并制定相应的脱负荷指令信号。这种自适应减载算法是基于分析在每一个时间间隔/spl δ /t扰动后的频率变化率。需要停机负荷的实际值的确定是基于频率的实际值、频率的变化率和实际分系统结构。
