摘要

本文认为,中国大型企业的企业创新系统是研发系统,而不是创新系统。在分析了制度原因的基础上,发现了创新动力和机制薄弱、创新能力和核心竞争力薄弱、官僚文化尴尬、协同创新网络层次低等问题。针对这些问题,本文引入了全面创新管理范式,并对中国大型企业的企业创新体系提出了建议。首先,介绍了一个建议的激励五大驱动力模型。其次,探讨了利用创新能力的途径和从二次创新到原始创新的途径。

Total innovation management paradigm for firm innovation system
