This study uses the Rain Classroom Smart Teaching Platform for online-and-offline foreign language teaching, providing a virtual intelligent learning environment for learners. This pedagogy supports the construction of a learning community through the establishment of an online learning space, which seamlessly connects different learning scenarios and forms a multi-way interactive relationship between teachers and students. The questionnaire survey showed that students were more satisfied with this hybrid smart teaching module (88. 78) and were significantly more motivated to learn English (87. 6). The results of the pre- and post-tests conducted before and after the teaching experiment showed a significant increase in students’ scores ( p<. 05), confirming the effectiveness of the teaching model.
