Definite structural modifications were conducted to reduce the computational error of polarization characteristics calculation. The modified model helped to develop the algorithm of effective parametric synthesis of crystal parameters and dynamic parameters of the process using numerical multidimensional optimization methods. The proposed measures will improve the accuracy of the simulation results of the polarization characteristics for dielectrics, which has become evident due to series of numerical experiments.
