However, the existing training strategies and models cannot be directly applied to rural teachers. Based on six years of practice, four ICT training strategies and a design model have been constructed. On this basis, this study ran a seven-week teacher training program and examined the contribution of ICT training to the development of TPACK and teacher efficacy among 282 rural teachers. The statistical analysis showed that rural teachers had a positive attitude towards ICT training which significant impact on the development of TPACK.
