The statistical analysis showed that rural teachers had a positive attitude towards ICT training which significant impact on the development of TPACK. 摘要

在中国,通过教师培训项目提高农村教师使用信息通信技术(ICT)的能力是十分紧迫和重要的。然而,现有的培训策略和模式并不能直接适用于农村教师。通过六年的实践,构建了四种ICT培训策略和设计模型。在此基础上,本研究对282名农村教师进行了为期7周的教师培训,考察了ICT培训对TPACK发展和教师效能感的贡献。统计分析表明,农村教师对ICT培训持积极态度,这对TPACK的发展有显著影响。综上所述,本研究可为今后农村教师培训项目的设计与实施提供参考。
