Many large companies are continuing to pour money into research and development of this kind technology such as digital PCR. We demonstrate here for a new design biochip-based absolute quantitative detection system, in which polymer biochip combines with algorithm computation to find out absolute quantitative concentration for HBV-DNA in clinical samples.
