摘要

针对一种带有外部存储芯片的FPGA设计的仿真加速需求,本文对FPGA软硬件结合仿真加速平台进行了研究,提出了一种通用的存储芯片接口转换思路,并以SRAM为具体实例说明了转换方法,并通过对软硬件结合仿真加速平台的物理仿真验证了该方法的正确性。通过影响域分析,说明了该方法的适用性。该方法具有较强的适应性,使更多的FPGA被测设计(DUT)能够在仿真加速平台上运行,提高仿真验证的效率。
