The study was conducted on the example of the organization of the healthcare sector of Optik-Vision LLC. The relevance of the article is due to the ever-growing dynamics of the healthcare services market, constantly increasing demands on the conditions of work, as well as on the level of professional competence of employees. The study examined in detail the main problems of the lack of effectiveness of the development strategy of personnel management of healthcare organizations based on staff motivation.Based on the results of a survey conducted in the organization of the healthcare sector of LLC Optik-Vision, a number of tools to increase staff motivation, namely a course to increase professional competence in the field of information technology, were formed and implemented; updated premium pay system; business games for teaching staff the principles of managing their time; training, providing the opportunity to most effectively shape and maintain control of motivation for their work; corporate events.
