The proportion of wetland change exceeds the proportion of overall land use. From the results of the land use transfer matrix, we can conclude that human activities are the fundamental driving factors for the change of coastal wetland. With the advancement of urbanization and industrialization in the region, the coastal wetland system has degraded significantly.
