摘要

本文采用磁路方程与三维有限元分析相结合的方法,对小型H形爪极永磁步进电机的动态特性进行了分析。首先,在考虑电机磁化的情况下,利用三维有限元法对电机的转矩和反电动势进行分析,得到电机参数。其次,利用等效模型计算了永磁电机的阶跃响应特性。最后,我们提出了一种基于位置敏感检测(PSD)传感器的阶跃响应测试方法。通过仿真和实验验证了所提分析和测试方法的有效性
