摘要

VoIP业务由于在网络上同时管理语音和数据服务,在质量、QoS和可靠性方面暴露出弱点。针对VoIP业务中出现的问题,对IP网络的语音质量特征进行了诊断。分析了基于H.323协议组的VoIP服务质量特点和存在的问题。为此,本文提出通过设计VoIP QoS的度量管理过程模型来管理VoIP相关协议的弱点,从而提供VoIP QoS。在此基础上,提出利用VoIP服务站点的VoIP服务质量度量值对每个语音业务进行分析项和质量项驱动,可以提高VoIP服务站点的质量。提出了利用所提出的VoIP QoS所获得的MOS、时延、抖动、损耗值等结果来保证信号质量、语音处理、滤波、安全功能等。
