Statistical processing of daily meteorological data for Kazan-Opornaya station revealed a steady increase in annual air temperature. An analysis of the dates of transition of the average daily air temperature (ADT) through the threshold temperature values (0, +5, +10°C) showed that in spring the arrival of the warm period occurs earlier, and in autumn it shifts to a later date and the duration of the growing season and the sum of positive temperatures increase. Temporal changes in effective and equivalent-effective temperatures, as well as the tourist index (TCI), repeat the course of air temperature, having the maximum variability in the cold period and insignificant in the warm one. According to the daily data of the tourist index in Kazan, the greatest number of days is represented by \"unacceptable\" climatic attractiveness and the least number - \"ideal\".
