This paper analyzes and evaluates the gains of the two technologies for multi-user scenarios through theoretical analysis and laboratory tests. From the results, the two technologies can effectively improve the throughput and reduce communication delay of multi-user scenarios. OFDMA technology can effectively reduce the multi-user communication delay in small traffic service scenarios, while MU-MIMO can improve multi-user throughput in large traffic service scenarios. Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) is an important amendment of Wi-Fi, and its research has also attracted the attention of the industry.
