The results showed that the recovery rate of heavy concentrate PbO increased from 55.55% to 85.25% by the spiral wall cyclone after structural optimization, an increase of nearly 30%, and the enrichment ratio of down-export PbO concentrate also increased from 1.321 to 1.762. 摘要

:为解决国内铅锌尾矿分选难度加大的问题,实现了铅锌尾矿的再分离,提高了回收效率,降低了分选成本。通过对传统柱式锥形旋流器的结构改进,提出了一种适用于铅锌尾矿二次分选的螺旋壁旋流器,利用螺旋壁的导流作用和矿物颗粒的富集作用,对不同密度的铅锌尾矿进行了快速分离。结果表明,螺旋壁旋流器结构优化后,重精矿PbO的回收率从55.55%提高到85.25%,提高了近30%,下出口PbO精矿的富集比也从1.321提高到1.762。由此可见,优化后的螺旋壁旋流器可有效提高铅锌尾矿的二次分选效率,并在一定程度上为同类型矿山水力旋流器的结构设计提供参考。
