In this paper, based on the advanced hydraulic servo technology, a servo oscillation system is set up by electro-hydraulic servo valve, servo cylinder and so on. Digital models are then built according to actual production parameters. The improved PID control method is also introduced. Finally, MATLAB is adopted to simulate and analyze this system.
