摘要

随着连铸技术的发展,结晶器振荡技术已成为提高生产效率和提高产品质量的重要措施。本文以先进的液压伺服技术为基础,由电液伺服阀、伺服缸等组成伺服振荡系统。然后根据实际生产参数建立数字模型。并介绍了改进后的PID控制方法。最后,采用MATLAB对该系统进行仿真和分析。实践证明,该系统快速、准确、稳定,具有很高的可行性。
