The researchers have used the descriptive approach, the deductive approach, and the historical approach in this research. The research has included a set of findings and recommendations, the most important of which are: that the gain and profitability through social media enters into the contracts of sale and rent, and that the origin in the use of social media is permissibility; because the origin in things is permission until there is evidence that indicates their prohibition.
