In this paper, an emergency command information platform was established to provide a strong technical support for risk prevention. The platform includes eight modules of preparedness management, emergency resource management, duty, emergency alarm, command and dispatch, comprehensive research and judgment, auxiliary analysis, and emergency decision-making.
