However, the reliability of indoor telecommunication is adversely affected by multiple reflection interference. Especially, because the floor exists as an electromagnetic scatter which cannot be evaded at the warehouse, the shop, and the factory, it is thought that the control of the reflection wave with the floor is necessary and indispensable.
