The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of the teacher mentoring program in utilizing the Moodle e-learning application to optimize learning success in the COVID-19 era. A quantitative approach is used in this study. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS 24.0.
