摘要

针对空中交通流管理(ATFM)系统难以解决飞行需求与空域资源矛盾加剧的问题,本文提出了一种动态航路管理模型。该模型具有基于成本的目标函数,考虑了航线占用时间最短、开通费用等ATFM模型所不考虑的约束条件。动态航路管理模型考虑了天气和军事活动条件下的动态使用临时航路,优化航路容量,减少航班延误。通过求解动态航路管理模型,得到最优方案。
