High-torque and high-efficiency control induction motor drives
The induction motor used in the industrial application has been generally controlled based on vector controlled induction motors (VCIM) to obtain dynamic response and high-efficiency performance. In this paper, the authors present a simple control method which maximizes the motor efficiency under any load condition and also propose a simple high-efficiency and high-torque control system. The characteristics of the torque and efficiency are demonstrated using this system through simulations.
