Under the conditions that the second harmonic is realized in the form of pure reactance and the third harmonic is short-circuited, a group of high-efficiency current and voltage waveforms of class E/F PA are found through waveform analysis. And the high-efficiency current and voltage expressions are deduced in detail. To verify the method, a PA operating at 3.2GHz is designed and fabricated.
