We divided our research tagged as “Jurisprudential Choices Of Zain al-Din Al-Munajja Al-Hanbali (D. 695H.) In matters of Hunting In "Haram" From His Book "Almumtae Fi Sharh Almuqanae" - A Comparative Study- into two chapters :Chapter One: The life of Zain Al-Din Al-Munjja and it includes three sections. The first section: we mentioned his name، birth، surname، nickname and lineage in it. 2- his scientific standing and the praise of scholars for him. Chapter two: Eight issues of his jurisprudential choices were studied. The first issue: The entry of hunting into the possession of the forbidden by inheritance. The second issue: the provision on the possibility of hunting. The third issue: the forbidden person if he kills a hunting after hunt. The fourth issue: The provision of the possibility on the forbidden if he killed a hunting by mistake. The fifth issue: the participation of the forbidden group in killing the hunting.
