Faktor pertama adalah pupuk guano yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan G0 (kontrol), G1 (5 g/pupuk guano polibag), G2 (10 g/pupuk guano polibag), dan G3 (15g/pupuk guano polibag). Faktor kedua adalah varietas yang terdiri dari 2 taraf perlakuan V1 (varietas bika) dan V2 (varietas bisi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi pada variabel bobot segar.
