At present, the problem is that the pressure can not be intelligently controlled. Furthermore, the leakage of the water distribution system can not be a timely and accurate perception. Therefore, this work puts forward a new intelligent pressure reducing valve and diagnostic method for leakage. We determine the overall design scheme of hardware and software. The intelligent pressure reducing valve proposed in this paper adopts a new structural design. The valve uses a stepper motor instead of a manual regulating guide valve. Meanwhile, pressure sensors are set in front of the valve and behind the valve to collect data by the deep residual shrinkage network to train the pressure. The leakage can be judged effectively and timely through the trained model. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the trained model over 95%. Furthermore, it can judge the leakage situation of the water distribution system in time. The intelligent pressure reducing valve proposed in this paper has more significant advantages than the traditional pressure reducing valve. 摘要

分配系统的泄漏会导致水资源的损失。减压阀在引水和城市供水工程中应用广泛,也是控制泄漏的关键。供水管网采用的减压阀为带先导系统的自行式减压阀。传统的减压阀只能通过手动拧紧先导阀的调节螺纹来更换。目前存在的问题是压力无法智能控制。而且,对配水系统的泄漏不能及时准确的感知。因此,本文提出了一种新的智能减压阀及其泄漏诊断方法。确定了硬件和软件的总体设计方案。本文提出的智能减压阀采用了一种新的结构设计。该阀采用步进电机代替手动调节导向阀。同时在阀前、阀后设置压力传感器,通过深度残余收缩网络采集数据,训练压力。通过训练后的模型可以有效、及时地判断泄漏情况。实验结果表明,训练后的模型准确率在95%以上。此外,还可以及时判断配水系统的泄漏情况。本文提出的智能减压阀比传统的减压阀具有更显著的优点。该阀极大地方便了配水系统的压力管理,具有广泛应用的可能性。
