摘要

提出了一种基于非负矩阵分解方法的聚类算法。该算法分两步执行。第一步采用非负矩阵分解方法降维,减少计算量和噪声。第二步使用在第一步中得到的降维矩阵进行聚类。将该算法与两种著名的聚类算法即k -均值算法和分层聚类算法进行了比较。使用IRIS数据集对三种算法进行比较。通过对聚类算法相关参数的不同初始值进行比较,并将不同排序的数据集呈现给聚类算法。结果表明,该算法在解决聚类相关问题的同时产生了良好的聚类。
