摘要

市场化是国有企业高管薪酬改革最根本的原则,国有企业只有实行现代企业制度才能实现高管薪酬的市场化。从现代企业制度的角度来看,目前国有企业高管薪酬定价存在的问题主要包括缺乏有效的定价计量方法和薪酬定价标准,以及现行政策法规对高管薪酬的限制。在此基础上,设计了国有企业高管薪酬定价的基本模型。同时,提出了相应的保障基本模式正常运行的措施,以提高国有企业收入分配调控的科学性和理性化。
