摘要

选择性催化还原(Selective catalytic reduction, SCR)是满足当前发动机排放法规的标准后处理技术。在SCR系统中,AdBlue通常作为还原剂注入废气流中,将NOx转化为N2。为了保证发动机的排放符合要求,需要检测油箱中还原剂的不足或不当。本文提出了一种非接触式检测AdBlue罐中还原剂的方法。设计了两个磁共振耦合电路,分别用于AdBlue水平检测和AdBlue浓度检测。采用可调源线圈结构,实现了阻抗匹配,大大提高了测量灵敏度。仿真和实验结果验证了该方法的可行性。
