The quasi experimental used was the one-group pretest and posttest design. Analysis of the results used a non-parametric Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test with a significance value of .046 (p < 0.05). The result showed that there was a significant effect on increasing participants' understanding of marketing communication skills which included aspects of communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. 摘要

本研究旨在检验“功能营销:营销社交技能101”培训在提高x保险公司营销沟通技巧方面的有效性。研究对象采用有目的抽样的方法,选取x保险公司市场部和人力资源持续改进部的15名员工作为调查对象。结果分析采用非参数Wilcoxon Signed-Rank检验,显著性值为0.046 (p < 0.05)。结果显示,在提高参与者对营销沟通技巧(包括沟通、积极倾听和谈判技巧)的理解方面,有显著的效果。此外,学员对整个培训项目的实施情况,包括培训教材、培训设施、培训辅助设备等方面,也给予了积极的评价。
