界定了高校教师软能力的概念和特征。高校教师软能力的特点是:不易培养和发展;人才的深层特征;能够有效预测高工作绩效。建立软能力指标体系的方法是:通过对高校教师的职业分析,确定教师对知识、技术等硬能力的岗位要求;然后运用行为事件访谈法确定与高绩效相关的软能力的必要条件。高校教师招聘选拔软能力的测量方法是先将软能力转化为具体的工作行为,然后通过面试、评价、行为观察等方法进行测量。
