Optimization of the activity of sanatorium-resort institutions of the Crimea on the example of the sanatorium "Poltava-Crimea"

A significant part of the sanatorium-and-spa institutions of Crimea remain insufficiently attractive for tourists, especially out of season. The article studied the geography of health resorts in the Crimea and analyzed the problems of optimizing the functioning of the sanatorium-resort institutions of the Crimea on the example of the sanatorium "Poltava-Crimea" in Saki. Based on the analysis, it was possible to come to the conclusion that the activity of the sanatorium is not organized effectively enough. The result of the strategy developed by the authors is the introduction of new animation programs based on the interests of various groups of tourists.
