摘要

本文基于社会资本理论,运用多元回归模型探讨了企业内部知识转移过程中的影响因素,实证检验了社会网络传递性在团队多样性与团队内部知识转移之间的中介作用。在培训的基础上开展的调研过程中,共有来自某中资银行的92个团队1159人参与了调研。结果表明,团队多样性对传递性有显著影响。不同类型的多样性对及物性产生不同的影响。传递性在团队多样性与知识转移之间起中介作用。最后,本文对研究结果进行了讨论。
