摘要

在新型电力系统建设的背景下,研究了分时电价的优化策略,为电力市场运行提供了分时电价决策方案。基于基于价格的需求响应(PBDR)策略,充分考虑了分时电价对用户峰谷回落的引导作用。因此,本文建立了以峰谷差最小为优化目标的分时电价模型,并对模型进行求解,得到最优分时电价。最后,定量分析了电力需求价格弹性、峰谷分时等因素对分时电价策略的影响,并提出了相关政策建议。
